Hey I had connected the USD for 365 with dynamics 365 First I had installed the package deploy-er and installed the usd client.
But I could find two solutions in the dynamics 365
they are 1. UiiForMicrosoftDynamicsCRM2011
2. DynamicsUnifiedServiceDesk
and created the hosted controls in the USD and then when I Open the USD it appears to be blank page.
Guide me to resolve the issue

The two solutions are correct. With USD we get these two solutions that a load of data which is the USD config. (data.zip)
When the package deployer runs it installs your solutions and imports a data.zip. The contents of data.zip will differ depending on the option you select in the package deployer.
When you run the package deployer you will have four options ... See below.
The first option will install a minimal / blank setup. For this when you load USD it will be pretty much blank. (You might have selected this option!) This is ideal if you have your own config or you want to start from scratch. (Not ideal for initial testing.)
The second option called "USD - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Web Client" is probably the one you want. This will give you a basic setup. A good starting point if installing USD for the first time or trying to learn how it works.
Tip: If you have an existing USD installed and just want to upgrade the solutions. Use the bottom option!
I suggest running the package deployer a second time and selecting option two.
