CLIENT/PROSPECT/FIRM - no email interaction during compliance stage process

Users are no longer getting the compliance stage process email notifications or notification when changing stages from compliance to senior executive stage. Also, I am not receiving notifications when admins add the documents to CRM when onboarding a new client.

Was working fine before, but now I'm not sure where to look.
