How do I create currencies when creating new GL Accounts using Web Services in GP 2010? I can create the account without any problems but not sure how to add currencies to that account?

Are you talking about Dynamics GP screens? Then you don't need web services to create. If you have access you can create currency while creating new Gl A/c.
Send some screen shot that will help to understand what exactly you are doing.

Hi, thanks for the reply.
What I mean to say was: I need to "Select" Account Currencies when create a new GL Posting account. On manually created accounts when I click the Currency button at the bottom right the tickboxes are ticked for certain currencies. I need to do that when creating a new account using web services.
