Stop the AA sales posting report

I seem to be unable to stop the AA sales posting Journal from popping up the print window when posting a Sales Transaction. I went to posting setup, and unchecked the option ot print this report at all. But everytime I post it still pops up the window asking where it should be printed (screen, printer, file). Doing the same thing works on all other reports correctly. Can anyone advise if they have found a way to stop this report?

I would suggest to setup the print option of the report AA Sales Entry Posting Journal report to ONLY "File" (Checkbox below the "Folder" icon alone and no other checkboxes), instead of unselecting the "Print" option itself.

This way, you can avoid the Report Destination window popping up every now and then, and also you have a record of all these AA details, which can be audited later and cleared off from the text file periodically if required.

I may not have answered your question on why this issue occur, but my suggestion would certainly prevent the user from getting frustrated with that Report Destination window.

Hello Martin

Which version of GP are you using? I tested the same on GP 10 SP5 and it works fine.
