Our users seem to get the message below randomly. Myself and others could not duplicate the issue and get the message.
The user performed these steps - created an invoice in supplier, click on validate and then click new and an error comes up.
Has anyone else received this?
Thanks
Peggy
Hi,
I think this is a cache refresh issue and I also noticed this in some of the area in d365 like user page, batch job page.
I hope this solves if we just refresh the browser, however I understand this is a workaround and not a solution.
May be you can wait for some technical expert to reply on this or you can raise a ticket to MS about this.
Yes, I had this kind of issuues in older versions and were not able to solve.
This will come when a same record is being updated by 2 users. But if it comes randomly then this is an issue.
Can you ask the user to reset the user data and save refresh and try again?
