Full Database Synchronizations Failed

I got an error during the full database synchronizations, and I am also not able to open a F&O frontend due to this error. So can one tell me how to solve it? 

Note :  AxDbAdmin is already logged  using a default password  and I do the Full Model Build with Database Synchronizations  still I got the an error.
