Hello!

I want to stop one of my user to not enter the non-inventory item in P.O. ,

Whenever he is going to make P.O for invnetory item , he  enters wrong code and that inventory item converts  into non-inventory item , As results problem for store guys to keep track the inventory.

So, I want to allow him only inventory item must entered in P.O , not non-invetory item .

Please If some know about this issue , kindly answer

Regards ,

You can't prevent entry of a non-inventory item without customization.  However, there is a tool called 'Default Add Item' that pops up a warning and asks if you want to add the item to the Item Master if it doesn't already exist.  If you're on GP2010, the tool is activated via Professional Services Tools Library (PSTL) which is on your GP install media.  If you're on GP10 or prior versions, the tool is available free from MBS Professional Services thru your partner.
