Current I need disable about 400 user in crm 2015 but I must do that by guide so very slow , could you please have another way to bulk disable user

There is no cmdlets available readily but you can create your own PowerShell script (refer the c# code in the following link).
You refer the following c# code (you can update this to read Excel file and disable the list of users in that file)
You can disable user by UI or use C# code . There is no other supported way of doing this.

How about use Powershell , does Crm support disable user by powershell
You have to do it manually. there is no tool to get data from excel and disable the user

You can Write a Workflow to disable User and Make this Workflow On Demand. Select the users you want to disable and run this on Demand Workflow.
