GP / Outlook Error Sending Invoices

I put together a new PC for a user with Windows 7 (64 bit), GP 2013, Office 2013 and Symantec.  When the user creates a batch of invoices in GP and sets them to be emailed they are getting the pop up "A program is trying to send an e-mail message on our behalf. If this is unexpected, click Deny and verify your antivirus software is up-to-date."  After researching I made sure the Symantec is up to date and I also set the Outlook Trust Center >> Programmatic Access to Never warn me about suspicious activity.  The user still gets the pop up on each email.  Let me know what I can check next.  By the way on the old computer it did not do this, and no I do not have access to the old computer.

    Matthew,

I have used the "Click Yes" app to deal with this kind of problem on previous occasions.

    Hi Matthew,

Does the user have local admin rights on the workstation? Is User Account Control enabled? Does the same pop up occur if you run GP with Admin rights? (Right click Run as Admin even if logged in with local admin account.)  By any chance was the old computer running Windows XP? This sounds like a Windows permissions problem.

    Regards,

    Kirk

This is a setting that is configured in the Outlook Trust Center.  Try opening Outlook as the Administrator and set the settings.  Then reboot your computer. Then see if you encounter the same problem.  Another question I have to ask is does this user launch GP as Administrator then log into GP with her credentials?
