Create Assignment Rules for a custom entity in Sales Insights Settings

Hello fellow CRM users,

I'm in Sales Hub app, in Sales Insights Settings Area, configuring Work Assignments.
I have a task I'm working on: I want to create auto assignment rules for records in my custom entity named: OP Request
I have enabled this table for work assignment as shown below, but I'm unable to set the ' Add Assignment Rules' because it's unavailable 

 
When I change the record type to Lead or Opportunity, I'm able to see this option : 'Add Assignment rule'


Can anyone guide me please to help solve this matter ?
I would really appreciate your help.

    The 'Add Assignment Rule' option in Sales Insights > Work Assignment is currently only supported for specific OOTB entities like Lead and Opportunity.

    Cause:
    Custom entities like your "OP Request" are not supported for assignment rules via Sales Insights Work Assignment UI at this time.

     
     
     
     
     
    1. Use Power Automate to create assignment logic for your custom entity.
    2. Use custom plugins/workflows to implement assignment logic.
    3. Monitor Microsoft Docs/Release Plans in case support is extended to custom tables in future releases.
