I prompted for credentials and to select default company when logging in as certain users yet not others? What type of access does a user have to have in order to save their credentials and the default company so they are not prompted when they log in the second time? The local program directory for Management Reporter? Thanks!

This setting is stored in the registry for each user. The key each user needs access to is here:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Dynamics\ManagementReporter\20\CredentialCache
