Error: rate limit is exceeded. try again in 1 seconds in logic app

Hi,

I have created a Logic App which is retrieving data from CDS but it is failing every time with the following error:

rate limit is exceeded. try again in 1 seconds

After doing some research I came to know, its hitting API throttling limit and try to fix using the following blog:

But it makes Logic Apps too slow and its nearly impossible to finish.

Does anyone know how to fix this, Please?

    I'm not really sure what's your scenario for using Power Automate. But based on this link docs.microsoft.com/.../limits-and-config, you probably need to changed how you consume power automate / upgrade your license to the higher one.

    You also need to elaborate more on your problem. What is "too slow" and "impossible to finish" you refer to? What kind of data that you push and expect to retrieve?

    Hi,

    Modifying the retry policy Time Interval is only option to fix this issue.

    Hi Temmy,

    I'm not using Power automate. I'm using Logic Apps.

    Its a simple logic App which pulls data from Dynamics 365(CDS) to insert in SQL table.

    When I change the retry policy to 10 as mentioned in the blog above, my logic app inserts data very slowly in SQL as compared to default policy. Sometimes it freezes and stop inserting any record in SQL.I can check this by constantly querying on database.

    Let me know if this is clear.

    Based on what I see in your screenshot, you take data per 1 data? So either you can try to changing the retry policy until you find the best setting for your scenario. Or you need to changed from individually taking per 1 data, become batch request to avoid to many calls.

    Obtengo el mismo error.

    El escenario que tengo es una aplicación de lienzo conectado a una base de datos local (PostgreSQL) por medio de On-premises data gateway. 
     
    El error se presenta cuando mas de un usuario se conecta a la app para realizar actualizaciones en lotes o consultas por lotes.

    Veo que sugieren modificar el tiempo de la política de reintentos. En mi escenario, en donde puedo hacer ello o que otra alternativa ayuda con el error indicado, el servidor en donde se encuentra instalado mi On-premises data gateway debería mejorar su memoria RAM?

    Estaré agradecido con su ayuda.
