Issue with Emails from Dynamics Realtime Marketing not Reaching Recipients

Hello everyone,
Since this week, we've noticed that emails from Dynamics Realtime Marketing are not reaching both internal and external email addresses. In our case, these emails are being quarantined. External recipients are giving us notifications that the emails are not being delivered.
Are others experiencing this issue as well?
Does anyone know what might be causing this?
