Need some help !
I was in the process of posting a sales journal in the Order Management Module when I pressed the "cancel" button by accident. Later, when I went back in I saw that the first 3 orders were reading as processed and had a Sales Journal number assigned however the AR Module is not recognizing these orders. It shows them as being "Shipped" on the customer history screen and not as an open AR item.
Does anyone know how I can fix this?
Any assistance you can offer is greatly appreciated!
