HRM Self Service - Vacation Reason

Hi there.

I have set up HRM Self Service for Business Portal 6.  But when a user logins in to create a Vacation Request (Time off), they can only type the 'Reason' for the time off. I thought that the 'Reason' should be available in a drop-down list, as is set up in GP. Or how else does GP's HRM determine which of the leave days to reduce (Sick, Annual Compassionate etc).

I would appreciate your thoughts on this.

Regards,

Peter Muchira

    Peter,

When you open the timecard, there is a row per code/reason (Vacation, Sick, Hourly, etc.)  Is that not what you're looking for?

    Thanks

    Rob
