Creating a hyperlink on case form for opening first email attached to the case.

Hi Experts,

I have a requirement , client wants a hyperlink on case form , on clicking that hyperlink should open the very first email that is attached to that case.

I am able to get the exact link of that email,just need assistance to create a hyperlink.

Please help.

you can create text field with formatting set to "URL" and update the link that you built to that field

AFAIK we cannot set a hyperlink in "Url" type field

You can try using an Iframe to show an hyperlink
