Are you able to print on Blank Check stock with Dynamics 365 for Financials? If not, what other options may be available to accomplish this? Many of clients with multiple companies will require this type of functionality.

This functionality is not in the roadmap to be added to Dynamics 365 for Financials. This would be a good niche for an ISV.

No. Using the custom font is the best option today.
