when i open the project template( custom entity) in sitemap it will open correctly in admin but when i logged into user it will show the below error.
Any help would be appreciable.

I have given all security roles to the user except system Administrator to the Organization level even for the custom entity, but it's still showing an unexpected error for all users when trying to view or open this custom entity.
Couldn't figure out what's the issue causing thing.

Have you given the other users the role to access the custom entity?

Seems like you are running CRM On-Premise.
Can be many things, which I doubt anyone can answer without further details?
Please enable tracing on your CRM Server, replicate the issue and try and find the reasoning behind this in the log files.
