Data migration from MS Navision to MS Business Central

Please advise on the following matter.

The client has been using MS Navision and then decided to upgrade and switch to MS Business Central. Accordingly, the client is transferring their accounts receivable documents from MS Navision to MS Business Central. After such migration, will the internal IDs of the documents change, or in MS Business Central, will the documents retain the same internal identifiers they had in MS Navision?

Hi, I'm not sure what you mean by internal IDs.
But if it refers to the primary key, or the value in the field, this does not change.
However, please note that in Business Central 2019 release wave 2 and later, Microsoft added a new SystemId field to all tables, and this value will be regenerated.

    Hope this helps.
    Thanks.
