CRM D365: adjusting secutity role to restrict access to "Service Management"

Posted on by

Hello All;

I have created a security role copied from a CRM D365 security role (customer service consultant).
I want to adapt my new role to restrict agents' access to the /Service Management/ area.
How do I go about this?

thx; Oussama

    We have analyzed your needs and the article in this link below proposes the solution of editing SitMap, which we hope will solve your problem.
