Can you please guide, whether I can merge my personal account with my work account so, I can have a clear view of all the activities of both accounts in a single account.

Yes, we can merge your Community profiles. Please submit your request to https://aka.ms/d365cfb (or select the Community feedback and support link in the Get involved menu). That form will walk you through the information we need to process your request.
