I make changes to quick view set for the hierarchy accounts , yet it does not show.
I cannot mark the relationship as enabled for editing as it does not show.
We are operating CRM 2016 V8.2 On premise

Thank you for your reply.
The form is set correctly with the right fields;
The relationship is not showing in the mark relationship as enabled.
Will this have an impact? Not sure how to fix this?

Please make sure you have updated the correct quick view form, please see below as to how you can check that you updated the correct form
Please remember only first 4 fields will be shown as the Tile view does not support more than 4 fields
"Maximum number of fields that can be displayed in a tile is four. If you add more fields to the Quick Form that is used for the tile view, only the first four fields will be displayed"
