Hi MS,
Currently PSTL is a free on the new release.
Is there an available link I can download PSTL for GP 9 that does not need new reg keys to activate all tools?

Hi Tristan,
I do not believe you can download anything for version 9. Even if you could, the PSTL tools were not released free for version 9. The 'universal key' will not work. You can try it, it's SMPE0102030405. Which tool did you want to use? There may be a work-around.
