Is it possible to create marketing lists with over 100 000 members in O365 CRM Online? I believe in the ast the limit for static lists was 50,000, has this changed in recent times? Any ways around this at all?

I'm not aware of any of the limits changing. The obvious workarounds would be dynamic lists, and splitting into multiple lists, though you'd need a means to avoid duplicating members between lists. A simple option on dynamic lists would be a filter based on the first character of the name
