Is there any link between the ProjInvoiceOnAcc and TaxTrans table?

Not directly but through the sales tax group and item sales tax group that are used to post the invoice in the projinvoicejour table.

Maybe to be clear more, Is TransId or SourceRecId fields in ProjInvoiceOnAcc table linked with anything to get the taxes associated?
because those the only unique fields I found in the ProjInvoiceOnAcc for the same ProjInvoiceId

I think you could use voucher stored in taxtrans to search project invoice (ProjInvoiceJour_LedgerVoucher). Then take project invoice number (ProjInvoiceJour_ProjInvoiceId) to search register in ProjInvoiceOnAcc.

Hi all,
I have found a solution, you use both the ledger voucher field from ProjInvoiceJour and the RecId from ProjInvoiceOnAcc against voucher and SourceRecId in TaxTrans
This way you'll be able to track each line taxes from the project invoice
