Hi all,
I am exploring creating work orders based on an Opportunity. I noticed there was a button on the ribbon named 'Convert to Work Order'. However, when I click this button nothing happens... Can anyone confirm this functionality actually works? I've tried it in a few different browsers with no success, as well as all stages of the Opportunity process..

We had the same issue, it turned out that you need to be working within the OPPORTUNITY:FIELD SERVICE INFORMATION view rather than 'OPPORTUNITY'

Account, Price List, and Work Order Type Fields Must be set on the opportunity, In order to Convert an Opportunity into Work Order.
Please make sure that you had set above mention fields and then click on the "CONVERT TO WORK ORDER" button, after clicking on this button the new work order which is created from the opportunity automatically gets open in new browser window/tab.
This functionality is always work for us.
