How do you customize the Chart of Accounts view Balance to only include historical transactions (Balance at Date)?

I have posted deferral transactions that happen in the future, but are included in the Chart of Accounts balance. Essentially zeroing the deferred revenue account balance.

Chart of Accounts View Balance Includes Future Transactions

Yun Zhu is correct, you need to use a Date Filter under Filter totals by.

In the date filter you will enter a date range, and the Balance at Date will be based on the 2nd date in your date range. For example, if your date range is January 1 2024 to January 31 2024, the Balance at Date will be as at January 31, 2024.

Hi, This does not require customization, just set the Data filter in Filter totals by.
