We upgraded CRM Dynamics 365 but we can't found our product key .Could you help me about this problem?

If you have database access use the following sql statement:
SELECT NvarCharColumn FROM [MSCRM_CONFIG].[dbo].[ConfigSettingsProperties] where ColumnName like 'LicenseKey%'
