Is there a better way to easily input Quote line items?
In terms of uploading an excel file, is there an easier way rather than going to "Advanced Settings->Data Management->Data Imports->Import Data"?
or
In terms of manually inputting of Quote Line, is there an easier way rather than going to "Add Quote Line"?

Unfortunately, the two methods you mentioned are actually the easiest.
Otherwise, you need insert the record programmatically.
