Dear D365 community members,

I am currently facing a major Cloud architecture design challenge in the D365 Customer Service and Power Platform project that I am managing. The project team consists of a Microsoft partner vendor/system integrator, corporate ICT team, and a Security consultancy.

I wonder how you managed the scenario of vendors accessing the customer main Microsoft tenancy to develop and configure Dynamics 365 as per business requirements, when the ICT security policy does not allow external access to the main tenancy. Right now, the vendor is working on a separate tenancy, which will cause major integration, licensing and account management challenges once packages are migrated to the main tenancy.

I could not find specific articles on Microsoft learning websites on the topic.

Much appreciate any insights and experiences in a similar set up.
