Hi,
It can be changed using SQL Server Management Sudio. Right click on the Database>> Properties>> Files
change the user to DYNSA.
When you are encountering these errors what USER id are you entering into the system?
How have you configured the ODBC Connection?
You seem to have a number of errors happening at the same time, you should pick one and solve that first.
Are you able to connect to the TWO database? Do you have a live Database running at this time on this instance?
I would start by running the clear company script before creating this new company. You can obtain that script here. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/849249/ If you are uncomfortable running SQL scripts I would contact your reseller.
