Could not allocate space for object 'dbo.RETAILTRANSACTION'.'PK_RETAILTRANSACTION' in database 'DEMO' because the 'PRIMARY' filegroup is full. Create disk space by deleting unneeded files, dropping objects in the filegroup, adding additional files to the filegroup, or setting autogrowth on for existing files in the filegroup.

If you read the error message it explains the problem, but it also explains how to resolve it.
That's why we are wondering what is your question to us.
But, basically your database disk where the db is stored is full. Either remove files to free up space, or increase the disk size.
How to do those, is not related to AX, instead it might require knowledge of Windows Server, virtual machines, physical servers and/or SQL Server.
… or the database file has fixed length and it's already full. The error message suggests to use AutoGrowth in that case, because you cleatrly failed to manage it manually.
Created new DB and pushed all jobs after the POS redeployment.Issue resolved..
