How to add a customized display list in contact form?

Hello,

My contact entity has a field named "uniquenumber" of type "single line of texte" (example uniquenumber = "123456"), which represent a group of other contacts that have the same "uniquenumber", i want to add list in the contact form that allow me to display the groupe of other related contact with the same "uniquenumber", can any one help me how to realize this task, thanks in advance?

    Sorry for beeing late, thank you for your detailed, helpful and smart answer, i wish i had another way to do that without creating a new entity and fill it with the "unique numbers" using javascript or somthing else but for the moment I'll be satisfied with your answer thank you again for your support.

    Hi Mitmog4Ever,

    Not using text field to store number, you can create a new entity for uniquenumber and build 1:N relationship with contact entity, then you can add a lookup field to the contact form, which can store uniquenumber value and show related contacs.

    1.Create one new entity--Unique Number:

    2.Build 1:N relationship with contact entity.

    3.Create a new quick view form for new entity, and add one sub-grid to show related contacts.

    4.Open one contact form and add the lookup field and quick view form into it.

    5.Save and publish all customizations.
