Hi

We have a problem in Microsoft Dynamics 2016. CRM performance is very well but for some users it is awful.

For example saving an email generally take 0.5 seonds but for these users it takes 10 seconds or over!

We have disabled all customization, changed client system, check network, etc but problem is exist.

What might be the problem is that we have to AD and may be this is lead to slowness.

Please help me to solve this problem.

thanks

    Hi Goutam

Thanks for suggestions but we test something before:

    - We have a user that has not problem and in his system we test slow problem for user faced problem and problem exists

    - We test this scenario in the CRM Server and problem exist

    - If firewall responsible for this problem, change the system (IP) must solved it but is not

    - We test bandwidth with CRM diagnostic tools and there is not a problem

We guess there is a problem in Active Directory and Authentication to CRM Webservices

This problem is bigger when user call InlineEditWebservice.asmx and Save form take so long.

Please check all these and help me to fix this problem

    thanks

    Hi Amin,

Please try do check with  below steps -

    - On the client check your antivirus program, and run a disk cleanup and other maintenance utilities.

    - Check the network bandwidth to avoid running heavy programs while using CRM.

    - If you're experiencing performance issues, test with the firewall and antivirus programs disabled to see if the issue replicates itself.

    - If the issue is happening on multiple computers, test one outside the network to see if a connectivity issue is impacting performance.

    - Verify that the user's computer and user profile on their local workstation is part of the active directory domain rather than the workgroup that may be setup by a local administrator.

    -      Open Internet Explorer, and on the Tools menu, click or tap Internet Options.  Click or tap the General tab, and in the Browsing history section, make sure that the Delete browsing history on exit check box is cleared.

    -     Open Internet Explorer, and on the Tools menu, click or tap Internet Options,On the General tab, in the Browsing history section, click or the Settings->Set the Disk space to use field to 350. The default value is 50,Click or tap OK, and then click or tap OK again.
