Error onload of Knowledge Search

Hi All,

I am getting follow error messages while I click on Knowlege Search on customer service hub app. Can anyone help me understand why I am getting this error.

1.Error /Resource not found for the segment 'msdyn_RetrieveSearchProviders'./

after I click ok or close this another pop up appears

2. Error /Resource not found for the segment 'msdyn_RetrieveKnowledgeSearchModifiers'./

Can you click on the Show Details button and share whatever is listed under that button. This might help with the troubleshooting.

Btw, are you using any external source in that search?

There is no more information on details. I am not using any external source. I have just installed Customer Service and haven't done anything on this.

Hi Partner,

It is possible that some of the processes involved are not activated, please check:

Go to Settings > Process > All Process, find these following actions:

Get Knowledge personalization Filters
Get Knowledge search filters
Get Knowledge search modifiers
Get search providers for federated search feature

Make sure that the status of these actions are 'Activated'

If not, you can select them and click 'Active' button to enable them.
