Get Customer-Item extra info into Packing Slip printout

How can I can additional text fields data (saved in the Customer Item Maintenance) to be printed into Delivery Note (Packing Slip) ? see this screenshot.

In the Report Writer, I can get Customer-Item Number and Description using the GP built-in functions (eg. RW_SOP_GetCustomerItemNumber, RW_SOP_GetCustomerItemDescription) but there is no any other functions to show the 5 Text Fields.

Please advise. Thank you so much.

Hi William,

This data is stored in table SOP60300 (Sales Debtor Item Cross Reference). I don't think you will be able to create a relationship between this table and the SOP Line Work table in ReportWriter as the debtor ID is required - and this is not on the Sop Line Work table. You might have to create a custom function?

Unless someone else has any ideas?
