While creating a marketing email, I insert a link. The link text drops down to the next line and isolates itself. I can type afterward but I cannot copy and paste afterward. I cannot bring the link up to the correct position after 'formerly'. This is a recent change. The software did not do this 30 days ago. 'Park Assist' is the text for the url.
Hi Leah,
Thank you for responding. I appreciate your effort. Also, thank you for sending your version.
This morning, I worked through the problem with another person on our account with the below results. Based on our experience and your version number, she's putting in a ticket to upgrade our account to the newest version. Hopefully, this will fix the problem.
However, the process to insert a link has changed in the past 30 days. The box popping up is different. Maybe something happened when this was implemented.
To answer your questions:
• yes this happened to another person who uses our account when she was in Edge. It didn't happen to her in Chrome.
• I'm working in Edge
• my version is behind yours
• still occurs after I cleared cache
• yes happens with other links
• this email was created from a template
• still occurs in other templates
Cheers
Hi Sarah,
Does this happen with all marketing emails? All users met same?
Have you tried to use other links? clear cache of browser?
What is the version of your environment?
The following is my environment version, i cannot reproduce your question
Not sure if this is a bug from the version update, I would suggest you create one ticket for Microsoft Support Team, they may have the latest news.
