Power Pages Security

Hi Everyone,
We are currently implementing a Power Pages security model for internal users (Org).

We have set up custom Dataverse tables with ownership assigned to various business units (BU1, BU2, etc.).

Our goal is to filter records in Power Pages (list/grid) based on BU. To achieve this, we configured table permissions in Power Pages security, set the permission access type to “Accounts,” and established a relationship with a custom entity. Accounts are created for each BU and associate contacts with each account. This setup works perfectly, and the Power Pages site filters records based on the logged-in contact’s account.

However, we now have a requirement where a contact can be associated with multiple accounts. By default, the system does not allow this, so we added an N:N relationship between accounts and contacts. This allows us to add the same contact to multiple accounts with different grid views. Unfortunately, Power Pages does not filter based on multiple accounts in this setup.

Our end goal is to display records from multiple BUs/Accounts for the logged-in user in the Power Pages portal.

Any help is highly appreciated.
