Custom1 Icon Showing at the top of UI forms

We have an online D365 demonstration site that is running an internally developed managed solution. As much as we have tried to find out where this is coming from a number of the forms show a  navigation icon option showing as Custom1. Let us know if there are any thoughts.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your query.

    To figure out how this button is added, try the following steps:

    • Create a new solution and add all one of the entities where this button is shown. It's enough to add the entity only (leave the rest of the sub-components out of this solution).
    • If you have Ribbon Workbench installed, open this solution.
    • You should be able to find this button on the form grid of this entity, click customize command to see what actions it perform and which script it calls.
    • This will give you a hint.

    If you do not have Ribbon Workbench, you can download and install it from the following website:
