Management Reporter Cash Flow Statement

Does any one have a recommendation on how to setup the Cash Flow Statement in Management Reporter to accommodate the following:

Additions to Capital Assets - Decrease in Cash Flow

Retirement of Capital Asssets - Increase in Cash Flow

Same GL Account Numbers.

Is there a way in Management Reporter to say "If Net Change is debit, then increase in cash; else, zero"

The best thing to do is set up two accounts. Generally the use of cash and the source of cash are two separate line items in a cash flow statement. Netting them to one line doesn't accurately reflect what is going on.

Management reporter has basic formulas; add, subtract, sum.

In your row definition put your Capital Assets line as a non-printing row, then in a row under it make a calculation row with a formula like "IF @450>0 THEN @450 ELSE 0" (row 450 being your Capital assets row)

Great!  I will try that.  Thank you.
