[Error] Customer C99990 already has a Contact Business Relation with Contact CT026858.

Hi,

We tried to integrate between business central and D365 Sales, But we get the Integration synchronization error and because of this error, we could not sync all the records in the business central. The Error is Customer C99990 already has a Contact Business Relation with Contact CT026858.

Can anyone please provide a solution for this?

    Hi,

    Thank you, we tried it but still can't sync all the data, we have still the same errors.

    We want to clear all the integration records from the Business central customer and contact table and stop this current integration.

    and after clearing all the records from business central, we want to start a fresh integration.

    Can we do that? and If yes then How we can do that?

    Hi,

    Please follow below steps:

    1.  Open Integration Table mapping page.

    2. Click on Edit List page from Action Bar

    3. Set Direction field option to FromIntegration as per the below image.

    4. Now Put your cursor on Contact Row and click on Mapping > field in action bar, see the below image.

    5. Click on Edit List on that page and set the Direction field as FromIntegration for all the fields.

    6. Do the 4 and 5th steps for customer as well.

    7. After set the direction for both customer and contact, click on Run full synchronization for Customer and contact

    see the image.

    we created only in CE and getting in BC now.

    Are you creating customer in BC and sending to CE side? Or only creating in CE and getting in BC?

    Also please share the screen shot of your Integration Table Mapping page screen shot for the Customer and Contact row.

    Yes, we tried after deleting that contact card, now we face another error you can see in the below screen print.

    Now, what can we do have? 

    should we delete the customer as well from the customer table and reintegrate again?

    could you please share your guidance for the same?

    Hi,

    Please follow below steps and Untick field "Sync. Only coupled records" from table mapping.

    1. Search "Integration Table Mapping"

    2. search the contact row as per below image, and untick the marked field and do the same steps for Customer Row.

    You can see in the below screen print, This is contact-dataverse table and in this table, this record can not be coupled yet.

    You told us that we have to delete this particular contact from the contact table and try to integrate it again, right?

    Can you please delete that contact card and try again? It seems that its already coupled with Customer card.
