[Error] Customer C99990 already has a Contact Business Relation with Contact CT026858.

Hi,

We tried to integrate between business central and D365 Sales, But we get the Integration synchronization error and because of this error, we could not sync all the records in the business central. The Error is Customer C99990 already has a Contact Business Relation with Contact CT026858.

Can anyone please provide a solution for this?

    Try to remove the contact no. from the customer card, and then try again.

    and you can see below is the contact card of this customer

    Can you please delete that contact card and try again? It seems that its already coupled with Customer card.

    You can see in the below screen print, This is contact-dataverse table and in this table, this record can not be coupled yet.

    You told us that we have to delete this particular contact from the contact table and try to integrate it again, right?

    Hi,

    Please follow below steps and Untick field "Sync. Only coupled records" from table mapping.

    1. Search "Integration Table Mapping"

    2. search the contact row as per below image, and untick the marked field and do the same steps for Customer Row.

    Yes, we tried after deleting that contact card, now we face another error you can see in the below screen print.

    Now, what can we do have? 

    should we delete the customer as well from the customer table and reintegrate again?

    could you please share your guidance for the same?

    Hi,

    Are you creating customer in BC and sending to CE side? Or only creating in CE and getting in BC?

    Also please share the screen shot of your Integration Table Mapping page screen shot for the Customer and Contact row.
