RFQ BUTTON IS NOT ENABLED

HI experts im unable to click on RFQ button while my workflow status has shown completed and approved PR .when i submit workflow for approval it appears approved but after that submit option not shown. i made some changes in workflow while creating vendor collaboration after that im facing that problem.

    This is a long discussion, but in a nutshell, correct, you cannot use RFQ within the PR if the workflow is completed.
     
    The key reason is that the workflow shouldn't be finalized before price details are confirmed. Think about it this way: if the workflow is approved without pricing, and you then create an RFQ, there's a risk that the quoted prices could turn out to be far higher than expected, rendering the prior approval meaningless.

    May be this is an another aspect of RFQ but before making changes in workflow for vendor collaboration i was able to create an RFQ through PR as i explained earlier there may be another issue i need to fix but i am unable to understand what is that issue . As system allow us to create RFQ through PR because we are in testing environment and working on our own legal entity. plz tell me how can i enable my RFQ button again.
