I have GP build 10.00.1841 with HR build 10.00.1721. I have included the patches for the chk files CLTM, EHW, HRMSS, PIP for v.10.
I install GP2010R2 and the patch "MicrosoftDynamicsGP11-KB2682502-ENU". I know that build 10.00.1841 has no GP2010 Upgrade path, but these are the only errors I am left with:

If you check the APR000020 you probably will see records for one company back at GP 9. You can upgrade these modules by logging into that company back on GP 10 which will update the version to GP 10 or you can reinstall the modules if those are not used in that company.
