Dear Experts,

I'm trying to active Cloud POS but received the error as below:

"DA1023 - Could not resolve identity. The Azure AD account is not mapped to an employee in Retail headquarters.

    Application session ID
    521936a3-661c-bdfe-bc7e-3f91c57a99aa"

I already associated AAD account on worker page and run 1060 (Staff) job.

But the staff job history is no data

    My version: 10.0.16 (10.0.689.10004)
    Thank in advance,

      Hi,

      Thank you for your reply.

After checking, i found that this worker is not assign to any store, so:

      1. Assign address book for this worker

      2. Run 1060 (staff)

      3. Validate devices for activation for this worker: "Pre-Activation validation completed for device BNG-1 and staff 000767. Validation: Passed, Messages: <>"

      4. Active the POS again

      Hope it is help

      Best regards,

      Thu

Sometimes the error that is shown on the front end could be misleading. Are you using Self Hosted retail scale unit or a cloud-scale unit ? If you are using self-hosted, check retail server event logs for a detailed log. If it is cloud-hosted, please share the error from logs from LCS.

If you have access to Contoso demo environment, I would recommend  to compare  Commerce Shared Parameters >> Identity provider configuration with yours.
