Deleting leads associated with another record

How can I accomplish this? I've gone into a few records and remove Activities, Campaigns, etc., but I still can't delete the lead. I have a LOT of leads to delete so I'd hate having to go into each record separately. Is there a way to bulk delete these?

    Hi..

You may use the advanced find to filter leads related to different entities and can delete those leads too.

    thanks.

    Hello!

I'm sorry but I don't understand your answer.

What I did was change the Status Code on the leads I couldn't delete to: No Need - Delete from  Database. There are no entities (that need to be removed) in the Adv Find: Activities, Marketing Lists, Campaigns, Workflows.

How can I do a bulk edit for these? A workflow?

    Hi...

You may go to Advanced find and look for "Leads". In the filter criteria you can select each related entity at a time and then you would get the list of the leads associated to that entity.

then you can delete them easily.

Do you still have the same issue ?

    Thanks.

What do I do after going to Advanced Find? I  don't know what you  mean by "In the filter criteria you can select each related entity at a time and ten you would get the list of the leads associated to that entity."

How do I know what fields are related?

    Ok.

    1. Going to QF - select there records with Status Code = No Need

    2. when you'll see those records... check all (select all).

    3. then push button delete.

    That is all...

Selected all. Clicked on Delete Lead.

Error message: An error has occurred. The selected action was not completed for one or more records.

Click OK. It deleted only (2) leads.

    Hi..

You can create a bulk deletion job too to delete your leads. I believe if you explain your issue more in detail and capture screenshot of the error message, provide the process step by step,  then it would be easier to address your query. You can raise a service request with us too so that we can easily look into your issue.

    Thanks.
