An error has occurred when trying to open Email Server Profiles, Mailboxes and Email Configuration Settings

I am busy setting up Mailboxes in Dynamics 365 CE Online linked to MS Exchange online. Since two days ago I am unable Email Server Profiles, Mailboxes and Email Configuration Settings. The error as per screenshot displays and I cannot proceed. I am desperate as my deployment has stopped in it's tracks - I cannot approve and test mailboxes. Hopefully someone can help me with this issue? All I get is:

An error has occurred.

Try this action again. If the problem continues, check the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Community for solutions or contact your organization's Microsoft Dynamics 365 Administrator. Finally, you can contact Microsoft Support.

    I have the same issue. It worked fine until early afternoon. Now I receive the same error you are seeing. The service request ist changing with every attempt. The security group seems weird being all 0. I am in the EMEA region and according to the dashboard the health status is good and there are no reports of outages. I tested it with a sandbox tenant as well and have the same issue. Kind of stuck.

    The problem is now resolved. It just disappeared and the pages are now working again

    Amazing, my problem is also now resolved and it is working perfectly this morning.

    Just for information, this was happening across all my instances.
