None what so ever! I know MS is putting all their eggs into the Business Central basket but the installed base of GP is too large and not everyone is convinced the cloud is the way to go. You will see support for GP for at least another 10 years. In my opinion, commitment to GP should never end. It is a rock solid mature ERP solution supported by thousands of ISVs. Businesses are in the business of running their business not chasing every new shiny bauble that comes out. Come down to GPUG in Orlando this coming October and you will see what I mean.
