Thanks for your response.  However, where would I get documentation of a list of valid table names?   Also, in the Start an Approval, what would I enter for an item link?

I was hoping to find documentation and notes on this functionality.    Where, for example, can I find a list of valid table names in D365 BC?

    In Microsoft flow

    1. Select connectors tab

    2. Search for Business Central.

    3. Select 'When a record is created'

    4. Select company name

    5. Select table name as 'Customer'

    after that for approval process

    1. Select 'Start an approval'

    2. Fill out the part

    3. Add condition for 'If response is Approve' then

    4. Send mail

    Hope you understand.
