I am getting "Our apologies...An unexpected error occurred. In order to resolve this issue as quickly as possible, please contact support and reference error ID: be575f77-7dd6-4d2c-8ff8-c53ece21b09c.". I added sie to trusted list and tried different browsers with and without plugins. Not sure what to do. I have called Microsoft support and am waiting for any response. Please help.

I went onto LTE Hotspot connection and same error occurs.

I recall having a similar issue a long time ago and I believe it was network issue.. are you behind a corporate Firewall ? do you know if some type of trafic might be blocked ?
Can you try from a different network connection ? like a Wi-Fi that would not go thru the corporate filtering ?
Worst case scenario, I could upload you the file to 1Drive and send you a link if that helps.
I can access the page with the KB link and click the link for the download but it takes me to a screen with the error.
Are you able to connect to customer source with your account and see the KB link?
That is a different link but with the same error. Tried IE with trusted site added and Chrome but still receive the error.
