Hi All,
I am facing an issue crm 2016 on prem version while entering the email address manually with comma separated or semi colon separated before saving the email or sending the email. It says "No records found. Create a new record." (Check To lookup with error)
I have checked the system setting "Allow message with unresolved email address to be sent" is also checked as YES. If i enter one email address and then click save or click tab button I am able to save the email or send the email (Check CC lookup no error).
Give me some suggestions to resolve this.

i have tried this as well, but still same not able to send email. I tried doing the same way in D365 online version i am not facing this issue.

Can you try to make sure there is no space between email address, sometime it may contains extra char, try to write multiple email address in notepad and then try to paste them and see if you are able to send it.
